The tradition continues at the Hank Kline Club tree lot that will be open seven days a week\, starting Monday\, Nov. 22 until trees are sold out. \n To kick off the 2021 holiday season\, Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade will host a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday\, Nov. 22 at 5 p.m. Miami dignitaries\, Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade board members and representatives\, Club members and Santa Claus himself will attend to celebrate a holly jolly holiday season. \nThe trees\, gorgeous Fraser firs\, hand-selected by President Alex Rodriguez-Roig in North Carolina\, stand 5-feet to 14-feet tall with a starting price of $65. SUMMARY:51st Annual Golf Classic in Memory of “Bebe” Rebozo
DESCRIPTION:  \nBoys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade is hosting its 51st Annual Golf Classic in Memory of “Bebe” Rebozo on Monday\, March 19. The tournament offers the chance to play for fun or at a competitive level. \nParticipants will engage in an enjoyable golf experience\, in addition to raising funds for the Clubs’ youth development programs\, which are based on fostering skills in computers\, education\, cultural arts homework\, educational assistance\, and social life competencies\, as well as sports and recreation. \nThe daylong tournament will begin with a putting contest at 11 a.m. The shotgun start immediately follows at noon. Immediately following the tournament\, the day will conclude with an awards banquet and ceremony at 5:30 p.m. \nSponsorship/underwriting opportunities are available\, ranging from $250 to $25\,000. Underwriting opportunities are available from $500 to $2\,000. A Tee Hole Sign Sponsorship is available for $250. \nRegistration fees are $1\,600 for a foursome. All event proceeds will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s Project Learn After-School Program\, serving Club members in grades K–8. \nAlong with other Major League Baseball stars and local celebrities\, Jay will bowl with attendees during the fun-filled fundraising event. The evening will include red carpet arrivals\, cocktails\, hors d’oeuvres\, exciting bowling matches and more. DESCRIPTION:Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade will be gifting 5-6 foot Christmas trees to the first 100 customers on Monday\, Nov. 27th\, 2017 compliments of Brickell City Centre and Swire Properties\, Inc\, who are sponsors of this year’s Christmas City Centre Tree Lot at the Hank Kline unit of Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade. \nThe first 100 guests (first come first serve) to arrive at the tree lot starting at 3:00 p.m. will be given a number from 1-100 and allowed to stand in line until 5:00 p.m. when the event starts. 10 number holders at a time will enter the lot and choose one of the 100 pre-wrapped 5-6-foot trees. \nTree stands\, tree preservers and wreaths are an additional cost. Exchanges of any kind will not be allowed.\nKieran Bowers\, president of Swire Properties\, Inc\, along with other Swire executives\, Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s Board members and local dignitaries will be in attendance.\nOne-hundred percent of proceeds from the tree and wreath sales will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade\, which serves thousands of boys and girls in Miami-Dade County with positive programs year-round.
